Steve built us an almost 10,000 square foot house in WPB around 4 years ago that we remain very happy to live in. He was physically on the job site... read more every day - not delegating it to someone else, supervising subcontractors and always coming up with little improvements that could be made on the fly - from minimizing the sound of water in pipes, to adding extra outlets, planning ahead for generators, developing ideas for tongue and groove ceilings without having to pay a decorator - all value added. Having done spec building as well, he was also a good sounding board as to where we would get a return on our money if we ever had to sell the house versus potentially overspending. Lastly, he had a detailed planning and budgeting process with bi-weekly meetings to keep our project on track and within budget. We were very involved in the building process and Steve was also happy to discuss every question we had (which were a lot!). The fact that Steve still has good relationships with his former clients from when we toured houses with him speaks volumes about how those clients feel about him!
